Heart Healthy Tips for the New Year
As you all know 2020 is started and we want that you all will stay Happy 2020 with your healthy life,At this time we are telling you about some heart healthy tips for the new year. So you were past the holiday season, some of you had your Christmas dinner and some of you had your New Year's Eve celebrations. It's time to get down to it and keep ourselves heart healthy for the year 2020. There's some real simple tips that we can take forward and hopefully carry out throughout the rest of the year.
physical activity
Maintaining physical health is most important factor for successful life, if you're active, that is very good and continue getting at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity a week. If you're not so active, this is a great time to start. We always talk about New Year's resolutions. Let's get down to it and let's actually get out there and do some physical activity like you can do yoga practice go for walk everyday if you are young I will suggest you, please hit the gym. Well, as you always heard this sentence going from specialist is "going nothing to something is going to provide a huge cardiovascular benefit". So We're not you to go from nothing to 150 minutes of exercise a week, even just getting 10 minutes there and working your way up is going to be very helpful and result in meaningful cardiovascular risk reduction.
Start Healthy Diet
The other thing we want to talk about is making sure that we're making those healthy lifestyle choices when it comes to food because everyone loves food. Okay, there's not a lot of people will take the opportunity around the new year to start a new diet and it is a good time to start and plan your healthy diet, I don't really like to refer to how we make changes in our eating habits as a diet, it's really more of a dietary pattern. Include some fruits and leafy vegetables in your diet and also Whole Grains, Berries, Avocados, Fatty Fish and Fish Oil, Walnuts, Beans and Dark Chocolate are some healthy foods for healthy heart.
Because this is not about the next two months or three months. This is the next 2030 years of your life. So if you're making changes, make changes that are sustainable over the long term. Those are going to have a better cardiovascular benefit. And you're honestly going to feel a lot better if you make those changes over a slow period and you're more likely to keep off any weight that you lose.
Bones Tip
Finally, it's always important to make sure you check in with your doctor at least once a year, whether it's a primary care doctor, whether it's a cardiologist, you want to make sure that you set up those appointments for the rest of the year. Get your regular health screening and make sure you take care of any chronic conditions that you have.
So in this year you go with this guidelines and stay healthy and happy.
